Your name and email address when you check out, join a waitlist or request a free resource, and anything you include when you contact support.

We keep records of what you bought, when, and the amount paid, so we can deliver your products, provide support and keep accurate business records.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and MIXD never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe shares the payment details we need, such as your name, email, billing address and payment status.

Purchase and delivery emails are sent through Resend.

If you join our email list, request a free resource or make a purchase, your name and email are stored in Kit, our email platform, and tagged with what you signed up for or bought. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email.

We record basic, first-party visit information such as pages viewed, products viewed, the referring site, campaign links, and general device and browser type. This helps us understand how the store is used. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

The site stores a random visitor identifier and a visit identifier in your browser's local and session storage to group page views into visits. These do not contain your name or email. You can clear them anytime through your browser settings.

To process and deliver orders, send the emails you asked for, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the store. We don't sell your personal information.

You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where applicable by emailing contact@jaybabey.com. We may ask you to confirm the email address connected to your request.

MIXD may keep some information when reasonably required for payment records, tax and accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Records MIXD is required to keep are not deleted on request. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
