Digital Product Policy

MIXD sells digital education and resources. Nothing is shipped. Some products are downloadable files, and some are PDFs that contain links to digital lessons.

Access is issued only after your payment is successfully confirmed. Failed, declined, incomplete or pending payments are not fulfilled.

Your download link is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. No account or login is needed.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address you can access, and for checking spam, junk and promotions folders.

Purchases are licensed for your personal educational use.

You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, share or upload purchased materials, including your download links.

Color Academy is sold and delivered on its own enrollment platform and follows that platform's access terms.

If your delivery email doesn't arrive or a link doesn't work, email contact@jaybabey.com with the email you used at checkout.
